DanceDigital aims to provide all participants with positive, high quality and safe opportunities for people to become involved in dance activity. We look forward to working with you in whatever capacity over the coming years.
In order to provide our wide range of dance activities we ask that all participants act with courtesy towards DanceDigital staff, teachers, artists and other participants at all times and adhere to the terms and conditions stated below.
1. Please allow at least 10 minutes prior to the start of a class for registration. This allows our teachers to give a prompt start to the class and make sure that you all have time to warm up for your activity.
2. Please inform DanceDigital of and relevant medical condition before you take part in a class. DanceDigital advises that you consult your GP before undetaking any new physical activity.
3. We ask that all partcipants abide by the Health & Safety requirements of the venue that they are in. In the case of DanceDigital’s Create Studio, Health & Safety procedures can be found clearly on the front wall of the studio.
4. DanceDigital sets maximum attendance capacities for every class it runs. These are based on the Health & Safety requirements of the designated space and style of class. Booking for a class will be closed and a reserve list put in place if the maximum capacity has been reached. Where possible DanceDigital will arrange an alternative class for those who are placed on the reserve list.
5. DanceDigital accepts no responsibility for any loss of property or personal injury at its events.
6. DanceDigital asks that all mobile phones are placed on silent before the start of each class. If you do need to leave your mobile phone turned on for the class, please inform the teacher prior to the start of the activity.
7. All participants are asked to remove jewellery and not to eat or chew gum during a dance class.
8. Please note that no food or drink is to be taken onto the floor of the Create Dance Studio.
9. DanceDigital requests that all participants wear appropriate clothing to take part in dance classes. We advise that you wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing that you are able to move easily in.
10. DanceDigital reserves the right to make changes to its community class programme, master class programme or INSET programme where necessary.
11. Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of management.
12. DanceDigital reserves the right to take action if we consider that any individual is not acting in a manner appropriate to the class or complying with the above terms.
